Internet Explorer 7 security settings must be modified to access Excent Tera via the Remote Desktop Web Connection.

1. Select Internet Options from Tools on the command bar in the upper right of your browser.

2. Select the Security tab, then click the Custom level button.

3. Scroll down until you find ActiveX controls and plug-ins.

    Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt

    Set to enable.

4. Click Ok until you are back at your browser.

5. Click your Back button to return to the previous page.

That's it! You're done!

If you are concerned about the lower security level, restore it back to the default level when you are finished with Excent Tera.
